We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the well-maintained hotel facilities. The hotel is conveniently located right down to the coast on its Southern edge, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. But what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The friendly and attentive staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making our experience truly unforgettable.
Nothing, all was good.

The beautiful setting of the hotel, nestled in the middle of a well-stocked game park, provided a unique and picturesque experience. The restaurant offered delicious food, expertly prepared by a talented chef. the off-road cycle tracks provided a challenging and enjoyable activity for guests to partake in.
I found the design of the rooms to be claustrophobic and boxed in, missing out on the opportunity to showcase the stunning views and wildlife. I felt that the hotel was overpriced and did not offer competitive rates compared to other local establishments.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat for those who seek exclusive amenities. the private facilities, from the outdoor swimming pool to the rooms are outstanding. the service is exceptional, the staff is always ready to arrange anything guests might need. the location is perfect, surrounded by panoramic views of the hills and the ocean.
Despite the incredible experience, there was only one minor issue. the Wi-Fi connection was not stable due to the remote location.

We stayed at a hotel near the sea surrounded by hills. the ambiance is relaxing and perfect to unwind. the spacious rooms with outdoor showers and chairs to lounge on were something we've never experienced before. the food was seasonally themed and surprisingly delightful.
the staff needs improvement and work on management's ability to manage expectations.
